~General

• Commissions are +18 only. If you request one, it means that you are declaring to be of legal age.• Please have images ready of your character or an image compilation describing the character's appearance. E-mails with no visual reference will most likely be rejected!• Reposting your commission is fine, just include credit to my social media.• Please make sure that you have all the needed permissions for the use of any character that is not your OC (original character).• You may request for yours commission to be posted as "anonymous".• I am not obligated to accept your commission and have the right to decline for any given reason.

~Payment

• Paypal invoice only• I only send invoices so do not send money to my contact e-mail.• invoice will be sent out to you once your request has been approved.• Commissions are payed in full upfront unless it goes above $400 and then half payment plan is acceptable.• Commission work will not be started until the payment is made first.• Prices can change according to the complexity and extra details. Please, ask me first.

~Process/Time frame

• Turnaround time can take up to a few weeks to an entire month! If there are any sudden emergencies I will try my best to keep you updated.• During the drawing process i'll be send wips for the commission (rough sketch, lines, coloring, etc) so if you would like anything changed please try an let me know early on.• Please do not spam for updates. That will not make the process go faster. There will be an message sent to you for every new update made.• You will receive a full resolution digital file when everything is finished (& PSD/CSP file if requested). No physical item will be delivered.

~Copyright & Permissions

• All commissions are for personal use only unless otherwise discussed. Commissioners do not have permission to sell the artwork in any shape or form (physical merchandise, digital downloads or any way).• By commissioning me you acknowledge that I, as the artist, retain full rights over the created image to profit from, alter and post when and wherever I see fit, on my social media unless stated in the request, without need of prior notice or authorization.• Nothing made by Maizken may be used for any blockchain-related technology, this includes NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.

~Cancellation/Refunds

• The buyer is allowed to refund only at the sketch stage, discounting the price of the sketch.• The buyer is not allowed a refund once I started working on the Line Art phase.• If for any reason I am unable to start your commission you will receive a full refund.• If you cancel your order before I started it, you can get a full refund.• If you are getting a refund, don’t request a Paypal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.• If you request a Paypal chargeback at any point when you were not allowed to ask for a refund you will lose all before mentioned rights to the commissioned piece and I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way. I will decline the chargeback and supply Paypal with our conversations in which we talk about the commission as evidence that I have completed work for you. Furthermore, you will be blacklisted for commissioning me again.
