~General Information
• Please use an e-mail you use on a regular basis so I may reach you with possible questions/concerns.• Please have images ready of your character or an image compilation describing the character's appearance. E-mails with no visual reference will most likely be rejected!• Reposting your commission is fine, just include credit to my social media.• Please make sure that you have all the needed permissions for the use of any character that is not your OC (original character).
~Payment
• Paypal invoice only• I only send invoices so do not send money to my contact e-mail.• invoice will be sent out to you once your submission has been approved.• I am not obligated to accept your commission and have the right to decline for any given reason.• Commissions are payed in full upfront unless it goes above $400 and then half payment plan is acceptable.• Commission work will not be started until the payment is made first.• Please keep in mind that the complexity of the subject might change the price.
~Process/Time frame
• Turnaround time can take up to a few weeks to an entire month! If there are any sudden emergencies I will try my best to keep you updated.• During the process i'll be send wips for the commission (rough sketch, lines, coloring, etc) so if you would like anything changed please try an let me know early on.You will receive a full resolution digital file & PSD/CSP file. No physical item will be delivered.
~ownership
• All commissions are for personal use only unless otherwise discussed. You nor your company may use the piece for commercial use or monetary gain.• By commissioning me you acknowledge that I, as the artist, retain full rights over the created image to profit from, alter and post when and wherever I see fit, on my social media unless stated in the request, without need of prior notice or authorization.• Nothing made by Maizken may be used for any blockchain-related technology, this includes NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.
~Cancellation/Refunds
• I reserve the right to cancel/refund a commission at any time.• Once the commission has been started (after the first wip) refund will not be given.
